People always say im lazy or that they can’t imagine me doing workout, but that’s because I’ve always been afraid or ashamed of working out in front of people it always came to my mind “i must look so ridiculous trying to play sports all fat and all unfit” you know? that kind of comments we tend to do to ourselves that doesn’t lead us to nothing but failure and now that people has seen me running they are starting to shut up..i can see them with eyes like O.O
so never ever let those type of thoughts stop you
